What Youll Do

• Become an expert in end-to-end system design and processes.
• Gather detailed business requirements and validate solutions for the ERP initiative.
• Collaborate with consultants and SMEs to thoroughly test SAP scenarios.
• Document Business Process Designs (PDD) and create user job aids.
• Identify training needs and deliver end-user training activities.
• Provide Hyper-care support during Go-Live phases.
• Advocate for organizational change and sustainability.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in business, manufacturing, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or relevant business.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP implementation.
• Strong strategic and problem-solver mindset with process improvement knowledge.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills within global and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and accept ownership.
• Experience in a consultative role.
• Ability to travel 60%+.
