BARISTA - FRONT END ASSOCIATE JOB DESCRIPTION

Canadan Bakin is looking for a creative, team-oriented Barista/Front End Associate to greet, take orders, and prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea. Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our drinks and bread menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, latest specials, and relevant menu items and taking orders. To be successful in this role, you should prioritize exceptional customer experience and have knowledge of how brewing equipment operates. You should also be able to work various shifts, including early mornings and weekends. Ultimately, you’ll serve as representatives of Canadian Bakin to our customers and ensure an excellent dining and drinking experience for our guests.
