The Cereske Agency is looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our growing team. As a locally rooted agency, we take pride in serving our community while providing a supportive, positive environment where your success is recognized and rewarded. In this role, youll help clients protect what matters most by offering personalized insurance solutions and building long-term relationships.
Compensation & Perks:
- Base Annual Salary

Responsibilities- Connect with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Generate new business and grow the agencys client base
- Customize policies to fit individual and family needs
- Provide excellent customer service by managing accounts and resolving inquiries
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Stay up to date on industry trends and product offerings
- Active Michigan Property & Casualty insurance license or ability to obtain one
- 13 years of insurance, retail, marketing or direct sales experience
- Must have reliable transportation
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and drive
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and coverages
- Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients
