Job Description The Cashier at Roger Dunn Golf Shops is responsible for promoting and maintaining a store culture consistent with Worldwide Golf’s values, including the “Sure No Problem” philosophy that puts the customer first and ensures a memorable, positive customer experience. Responsibilities Demonstrate excellent customer service, ensuring the cashier’s interaction is the final positive touch of the customer’s shopping experience. Process merchandise and customer information through computer and POS register system. Assist with floor moves, housekeeping, display maintenance, and merchandise replenishment as needed. After full training, recognize and suggest process improvements. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Knowledge of processing information and merchandise via computer and POS register system. Freely access all areas of the store (sales floor, stock area, register area) by standing, walking, stooping, crawling, climbing, crouching, kneeling, and climbing a ladder; ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds at any time. Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates. Qualifications Desired Entry‑level candidates welcome; any experience in retail or golf environment is a plus. General golf knowledge or background is a plus, but not required.
