Phlebotomist - Bilingual
$17.6 - $30.41 per hourLabcorp
Labcorp seeks a bilingual phlebotomist for its Yonkers Patient Service Center to perform blood collections, process specimens, and provide customer service. The role involves Monday–Friday shifts plus rotating Saturdays, with opportunities for career growth within a global diagnostics organization.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for patients of all ages
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and other diagnostic purposes
- Enter patient information and maintain specimen and information logs accurately
- Process billing information and collect patient payments as required
- Prepare collected specimens for testing and provide superior patient service
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
- Minimum one year active phlebotomy experience
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Proven exceptional customer service track record
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass color blindness test
Compensation: $17.60–$30.41 per hour
