Since our founding in 2000, we've grown into a leading force in debt recovery, providing trusted and comprehensive legal solutions for financial institutions nationwide.Our teams are driven, collaborative, and committed to delivering results.We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Process Improvement Engineer to evaluate existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement sustainable improvements. This role works cross-functionally with operations, quality, production, and leadership teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, reduce waste, improve productivity, and support operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Analyze current workflows, systems, and operational processes to identify improvement opportunitiesLead continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and root cause analysisCollect and interpret data to measure process performance, identify trends, and support decision-makingDevelop and implement process changes that improve efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectivenessCreate standard operating procedures, process maps, and documentation for optimized workflowsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of improvement initiativesMonitor key performance indicators and track the effectiveness of process changesFacilitate problem-solving sessions and support corrective and preventive actionsConduct time studies, capacity analysis, and workflow assessmentsTrain employees on new processes, tools, and continuous improvement practicesSupport audits, compliance requirements, and quality management systems as neededRecommend automation or technology solutions where appropriateMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fieldExperience in process improvement, operations engineering, manufacturing, or continuous improvement rolesKnowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and process mapping toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Minitab, Power BI, or similar softwareExcellent communication and project management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certificationExperience with ERP, MES, or quality management systemsFamiliarity with statistical analysis, KPI development, and change managementExperience in manufacturing, supply chain, healthcare, or other process-driven environmentsKey Skills:Process analysisContinuous improvementRoot cause analysisData-driven decision-makingProject managementDocumentation and SOP developmentCross-functional collaborationChange managementBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionVoluntary Life InsuranceCompany paid Life Insurance, Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability401(k) with Employer MatchPlease visit for more information on our Firm.
