Shift Team Leader will: Communicate with co-workers and direct supervision to receive instructions and coordinate activities. Organize daily shipping and receiving activity. Overall cleanliness of the work area. Must have aptitude to use and operate a computer including basic e-mail functions as well as operate a scanning device. Supervise Warehouse Associates/Forklift Operators. Review associate timecards. Perform associate evaluations and handle associate discipline when needed Perform functions within our Customers data base (SAP), this includes completions and transfers. Physical presence on a set and predictable schedule Knowledge, skills and abilities: High School diploma or GED One-year supervisory experience Ability to read and comprehend instructions Basic computer skills Multi-tasking Self-Motivated Organizational skills Decision making Results-Oriented Physical Demands/Work Environment: Be able to lift up to 50lbs occasionally Reaching above shoulder height and bending below waist Sitting for several hours
