As an Installation Technician, you'll be the expert responsible for bringing critical equipment online, maintaining peak performance, and resolving issues before they impact production.

Your day may include:

• Installing and commissioning complex industrial systems throughout the facility.
• Diagnosing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and process-related equipment faults.
• Troubleshooting vacuum pumps, abatement systems, and specialty gas delivery equipment.
• Performing preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Reading blueprints, engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and technical documentation.
• Using meters, micrometers, hand tools, and precision test equipment to evaluate performance.
• Identifying root causes of equipment failures and implementing corrective actions.
• Documenting repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment performance data.
• Partnering with engineers, technicians, and operations personnel to support production goals.
• Maintaining strict compliance with safety procedures and industry standards.

• Experience installing, troubleshooting, repairing, or maintaining industrial equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and schematics.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, meters, and precision measuring equipment.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs independently.
• Basic computer proficiency and documentation skills.
• Ability to work safely in elevated, confined, or challenging work areas when required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following procedures.

• Semiconductor industry experience.
• Experience with vacuum systems, pumps, gas delivery systems, or process equipment.
• Military technical experience.
• Industrial maintenance or field service expertise
• PLC, controls, electrical, or automation exposure.
• Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Technical school, trade school, or related technical training.

Monday - Thursday 5:45 AM - 6:00 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chandler, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
