We're looking for motivated Outside Sales & Marketing Representatives to connect with homeowners, generate qualified opportunities, and schedule appointments for complimentary roof and exterior inspections.

Whether you're an experienced salesperson or looking to start a career in sales, you'll receive training, coaching, and the tools you need to succeed.

Compensation & Earning Potential

We believe candidates should know how they're compensated before applying.

• $2,000 sign-on bonus — paid at 60 and 90 days, subject to company terms

• Base pay during your training and ramp-up period

• $400 for every qualified ran appointment

• Uncapped commissions based on total contract job value

• Draw payment options available after transitioning to commission-based compensation

• Additional performance bonuses and incentives

• Year 1 earning potential: $70,000–$85,000

• Experienced/promoted representatives: $85,000–$150,000+

What You'll Do

As an Outside Sales & Marketing Representative, you'll represent EXTERIORMAX in assigned territories and help homeowners learn about their exterior remodeling options.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments with homeowners.

• Start conversations and build relationships with potential customers.

• Educate homeowners about available roofing and exterior solutions.

• Schedule complimentary inspections for qualified homeowners.

• Work outdoors in assigned territories.

• Maintain consistent daily activity and follow established sales processes.

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development.

• Work toward advancement opportunities based on performance.
