Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

  • A current, unrestricted mental health license in Virginia, such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

  • A master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish a trusting, therapeutic relationship with clients.

  • Commitment to cultural competence and the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

  • Excellent organizational skills, ensuring comprehensive documentation and accurate progress notes are maintained in compliance with agency policies.
