Pay: $62,400$121,200 including commissions on individual sales plus bonuses based on department performance and manufacturer incentives

What You'll Do

• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
• Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store specific management system/s.
• Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in automotive sales, is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills & working knowledge of computers.
• Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($62,400 to $121,200.00), which includes commissions on individual sales and/or individual gross profit and/or bonus opportunities such as parts gross achievement, manufacturer approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
