What You'll Do:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, and meals.
• Monitor residents' well-being and promptly report changes in condition.
• Engage residents in activities that encourage connection, independence, and fun.
• Work closely with families and team members to ensure residents receive personalized, compassionate care.
• Uphold safety, dignity, and respect in everything you do.
