About the Clinician's WorkdayThe pediatric anesthesiologist will provide comprehensive anesthesia services during 5x10 hour shifts with a minimum commitment of 3 weeks per month. The clinician will manage mixed pediatric and adult cases requiring board certification and fellowship training in pediatric anesthesia while maintaining strong adult skill set capabilities. The position operates under a supervision model with typically 1:3 CRNA oversight and requires flexibility to run individual rooms when needed. The credentialing process requires 60-90 days completion time.
