Maysville Auto Repair is a well-established, full-service shop with steady workflow, strong service advisors, and systems that allow technicians to work efficiently without constant stress. We focus on quality diagnostics and repairs—not rushing vehicles through the shop.

• Perform advanced diagnostics on a wide range of vehicles
• Diagnose complex electrical, drivability, HVAC, and mechanical concerns
• Accurately identify root causes of vehicle problems rather than simply replacing parts
• Use advanced diagnostic scan tools, testing equipment, and service information effectively
• Interpret diagnostic trouble codes, wiring diagrams, test results, and vehicle data
• Perform accurate repairs based on diagnostic findings
• Communicate diagnostic findings and repair recommendations clearly with service advisors
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and workmanship
• Help support other technicians with difficult diagnostic concerns when needed

• 5+ years of professional Automotive Technician experience
• Strong experience diagnosing complex automotive problems
• Ability to accurately diagnose electrical, drivability, HVAC, and mechanical issues
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools and testing procedures
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical information
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Pride in performing accurate, quality repairs
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Own professional tools and toolbox required
• Automotive certifications or formal training preferred
