Sophos is a growing pediatric practice providing speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, academic tutoring, and executive functioning support across clinic, school, and home settings in Phoenix. About the Role We're hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a growth-oriented role. You'll build your own pediatric caseload — primarily clinic-based, with a consistent weekly block of school-based pull-out sessions at one local private school (typically 1–2 days per week), and the possibility of occasional in-home sessions within a close radius of the clinic. This role includes a clear path toward supervising 1–2 Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), giving you a leadership voice in how your caseload and team take shape as we grow. What We're Looking For Required: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, with a minimum of 2 years working as a full-time SLP Strong clinical judgment and confidence adapting treatment plans in real time Excellent rapport-building skills with children and families Comfortable balancing clinic-based and school-based work on a consistent weekly schedule Preferred: Experience supervising SLPAs, clinical fellows, or graduate students Comfort with occasional in-home sessions Why You'll Love It Here Real growth path: Build your own caseload across clinic and school settings, then move into a leadership role supervising 1–2 SLPAs, with more time for evaluations, mentorship, and shaping the team as we grow. Paid time off: 5 days of PTO per year, plus 3 paid holidays Collaborative, multi-disciplinary team: Work alongside other SLPs, academic tutors, teachers, and OTs who coordinate care. Clients come first: Caseload decisions are driven by what's right for kids and families.

• 1,000/year stipend for CEUs or licensure renewal.
• 150/month stipend toward insurance or mileage.

Competitive compensation and paid indirect/admin time: $65-70/hour, based on experience. Schedule and Location This is a W-2 hourly position, Monday–Friday. Our clinic is located near Tatum and Shea at 11250 N Tatum Blvd, Suite 104, Phoenix, AZ 85028.
