Commercial Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a book of business from A-Z, with accounts ranging from $10,000 to $30,000 in premium. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing accounts within industries such as construction, contractors, and professional lines. Compensation Package

• Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of business from start to finish, including quoting new and renewal business


• Handle accounts within the construction, contractors, and professional lines industries


• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships


• Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation


• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: 3-7 years of experience in commercial lines account management


• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is a plus; strong computer skills are essential


• Soft Skills: Excellent personality, strong customer service skills, a desire to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment


• Work Schedule: In-office training required initially, with the option for a hybrid schedule (1-2 days remote) after training
