Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Spanish Speaking Preferred

Harvest Healthcare Solutions is hiring compassionate Caregivers, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Support Workers, and Home Care Aides to support adults with developmental disabilities in their family homes throughout Sacramento County. We are especially seeking Spanish-speaking professionals to help better serve individuals and families in our community. This role focuses on helping individuals build independence, life skills, and community involvement through supportive, person-centered care. $18.00 - $19.00 per hour (DOE) | Part-Time | Potential for Full-Time What You’ll Do Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks Support life skills development and independence Help individuals participate in community activities and appointments Provide companionship and emotional support Follow Individual Program Plans (IPPs) and document services Work collaboratively with families and service providers Qualifications 1-2 years experience as a Caregiver, DSP, Support Worker, Home Care Aide, or similar role (preferred) Experience supporting individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities is a plus Spanish speaking preferred High School Diploma or GED Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background check, TB test, and drug screening CPR/First Aid certification (or obtain within 30 days) Why Join Harvest Healthcare Solutions Meaningful work making a difference in people’s lives Supportive and professional team environment Opportunity to transition into full-time employment Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Harvest Healthcare Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages all qualified applicants to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr Harvest Healthcare
