Customer Service Representative I

Overview Coordinate activities within Customer Service and is responsible for on‑time delivery, customer satisfaction, customer complaint resolution, system workflow, SAP data management, and process improvements. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required with prior experience in customer services. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in both verbal and written communications to internal and external customers. Ability to organize and manage time effectively. Familiar with customer service relation and principles. Highly motivated, focused on results, and ability to multitask. Working Conditions / Physical Requirements Typical office environment. This position may perform activities in an environment that contains hazardous elements and requires safety awareness and adherence to all safety policies and guidelines. Work must be performed in a safe manner for personal protection and for the protection of other team members. All safety procedures, procedures described in SOPs, BPRs, and support the compliance of applicable ISO standards in all functional areas must be followed, enforced, and strictly complied with. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Position requires the ability to sit, walk, bend over, and reach above head for a minimum of an hour a day; lifting or carrying of up to 50 pounds occasionally and repetitive use of hands/arms for writing and computer work.
