Join Our Team as an Otolaryngologist (ENT)
Are you looking for a patient-focused setting where you can care for a diverse range of patients while enhancing your surgical skills? Our organization is in search of a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to become part of our established ENT & Audiology practice. This role offers the chance to provide outpatient care, perform surgeries, and practice independently while building a practice that reflects your interests. You will engage with patients of all ages, managing a daily caseload of around 20 to 25 individuals. Surgical interventions will include procedures such as ear tube placements, tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, septoplasties, micro-laryngoscopies, and more. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, collaborative team dedicated to providing comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outpatient care for a wide range of ENT conditions across all age groups.
- Conduct general otolaryngologic surgeries and various procedures.
- Work in collaboration with primary care providers, emergency services, pulmonology, general surgery, neurology, and other specialties.
- Participate in on-call duties (7 days per month; no 24/7 call on surgical days).
- Collaborative, Engaged Team: Collaborate with a motivated and supportive group of professionals who are passionate about patient care and practice development.
- Established Practice: Become part of a well-established ENT & Audiology practice with a strong patient base and solid community ties.
