Sr Java Developer
Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Sr Java Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Sr Java Developer, you will be part of the Business Automation & AI department supporting innovative projects that drive digital transformation and enhance business efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Pay Range: $65 - $75/hr depending on skills and experience
What's the Job?
- Design, develop, and maintain complex decision services using Drools and Kogito microservices.
- Architect and manage AWS Bedrock Knowledge Bases to ensure accurate, context-aware AI responses.
- Build automated data pipelines to convert legacy documentation into optimized formats for AI consumption.
- Develop high-performance RESTful APIs using Quarkus or Spring Boot to integrate AI chatbot capabilities.
- Deploy and scale business automation services within Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.
What's Needed?
- 3-5 years of professional experience with Java (8/11/17+), including Spring Boot or Quarkus.
- Hands-on experience with Drools rules engine and DMN implementation.
- Proven experience with Kogito for building cloud-native business processes.
- Experience configuring AWS Bedrock and managing Amazon S3 for large-scale document storage.
- Strong scripting skills for transforming Adobe RoboHelp content into structured formats like Markdown or JSON.
