This role oversees clinical practices, procedures, equipment, budgeting, quality improvement, program development, and operational initiatives while collaborating with physicians, administration, and clinical leaders to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.The Manager leads and develops the Respiratory Care team through hiring, onboarding, competency management, and professional development. This position fosters a culture of safety, teamwork, accountability, and quality while promoting positive relationships with patients, staff, providers, and internal and external partners.
