Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures. Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
