Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure and certification as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting preferred
• Strong collaboration skills for working alongside teachers, families, and support staff
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs
• Effective communication and documentation abilities
• Commitment to professional growth and ongoing learning

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students across two schools
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to integrate therapeutic strategies in classrooms
• Support students in building fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Maintain accurate records and report on student progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster an inclusive and positive school environment
