FOOD SERVICE SERVER/ PIZZA STATION

FRUITPORT COMMUNITY SCHOOLS NOTICE OF INTENT TO EMPLOY

LOCATION: FRUITPORT HIGH SCHOOL

POSITION: FOOD SERVICE SERVER/ PIZZA STATION

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a High School Diploma.
• Previous quantity food service experience preferred.
• Computer experience preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participates in the preparation and serving of food.
• Participates in cleaning the kitchen and related areas.
• Performs sanitation procedures.
• Operates a point of sale computer register and makes change.
• Counts money and completes daily sales reports.
• Inspects all equipment in the cafeteria area to ensure it is in safe, working condition, and notifies the head cook when repairs are needed.
• Maintains records on food and supplies received and used.
• Maintains accurate production records conforming to federal/department guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Head Cook.

REPORTS TO: Head Cook

HOURS: 9:00AM - 1:00PM

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Server/ Pizza Station

PAY RATE: Per Master Agreement Salary Schedule
