This role is an entry-level Project Management position that works closely with Project Managers, Field Supervisors, and other members of the operations team to help ensure BAS projects are delivered on time, under budget, and with a high level of customer satisfaction./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliManage projects following project processes and where applicable under direction from Sr. Project Manager/liliComplete projects per the contractual requirements within budget, on-time and with a high level of customer satisfaction/liliResponsible for the overall financial performance of assigned projects including project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collections and re-estimating costs of installation projects./liliManage the delivery of the contracted scope and secure change orders for the expansion of scope/liliCoordinate project materials and the use of shared resources; identify resource constraints, and assist with corrective action plans to remedy any issues/liliManage relationships with sub-contractors, identifying issues, and take corrective action plans to remedy any issues/li/ulh3Essential Functions/h3pFINANCIAL/pulliPerform actual vs. estimated analyses and identify variances, reasons for variances, and mitigation steps./liliMaintain budget or reduce cost, maintaining client satisfaction./liliMaintain positive cash flow through approved SOV, follow up on billings./li/ulpPROJECT SCHEDULING/pulliPlan manpower and know when resources are required on the project./liliCreate a working schedule and proactively plan and protect our contractual timelines./li/ulpSUBCONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT/pulliSchedule continuous site visits to quality check our subcontractor./liliBe able to provide installation and schedule direction./liliDocument all installation/schedule issues with subcontractor./li/ulpCOMMUNICATION AND DOCUMENTATION/pulliProvide necessary documentation and communication to all customer levels and sub-contractors and/or ensure that the appropriate members of the project team do so./liliProfessionally represent Automated Logic in meetings and always be proactive in defending the companys best interest./li/ulh3Basic Qualifications/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or GED/lili3+ years of experience in HVAC, Construction or Building Automation and Controls/lili1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite/liliClean and valid drivers license/li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3pOther qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:/pulliBachelors Degree from a recognized college or university in building HVAC with a focus on building automation controls (3- or 4-year program)/liliAbility to lead and motivate teams/liliStrong problem solving, planning and project management skills/liliAbility to read and understand scope of work/liliExceptional written and verbal communication skills/liliGeneral knowledge of employment laws and practices/liliDemonstrated knowledge of project financial reporting/liliPrevious field experience with commissioning of DDC Systems and/or hands-on experience in the field of deploying or commissions/liliPrior experience in Construction, HVAC and/or Building Automation preferred/liliExperience in dealing with a number of simultaneous challenges, requiring knowledge of many different disciplines/liliA true team player who has the customers best interests first and foremost/li/ulh3Pay Range/h3pThe annual salary for this position is between $53,000.00 - $106,000.00 annually.
