Job Title: RN (Registered Nurse), Oncology

Shift: 12H Days, every other weekend, 07:00-19:00

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description:

Seeking an RN in Oncology providing care to adult and geriatric patients with various conditions including strokes, COPD, CHF, and post-ICU recovery. The role involves performing chemotherapy, titrating drips, and collaborating with a dedicated team in a supportive unit environment.

Responsibilities:

• Titrate medication drips such as Lasix and Heparin.
• Collaborate with a charge nurse and other team members.
• Float to other MedSurg units as required.
• Participate in every other weekend schedule and as needed holidays.

Requirements:

• Experience in Oncology, with chemotherapy administration preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications required.
• Willingness to float and adapt to different unit needs.
