Responsibilities Provide technical oversight and mentorship to a team of up to 8 engineers. Coordinate with IPTL and cross‑functional teams for production, testing and integration. Resolve issues in production, testing and integration with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other Engineering disciplines. Act as production engineering lead for design, analysis, fabrication, troubleshooting of missile hardware, and development of manufacturing techniques/processes. Qualifications – Required Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics or related STEM field. Minimum 8 years relevant experience in RF, analog, digital, mixed signal circuit design/analysis, or digital signal processing. Experience with production engineering: design, analysis, fabrication, troubleshooting of missile hardware and manufacturing processes. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through investigations, root cause and corrective action. Proficiency with lab test equipment and post‑processing software. Qualifications – Preferred MS in Engineering, Science or Mathematics. Production process knowledge, manufacturing techniques, system integration, and production testing. Experience with software/firmware languages (Python, C, C++, Java, VHDL, Verilog). Strong organization, emotional intelligence, task and time management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with subsystem integration and testing, statistical process control, yield improvements, technical writing, formal presentations, and engineering change processes. Leadership of technical teams including oversight, direction, cost estimation, tracking and reporting, and proposal support.
