Retail Stores- Assist the DTC Merchandising Manager with product planning and replenishment for the Altra retail stores business Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and trends, presenting insights and making recommendations for improvements Own Forecasting and In-season operations for Canada region Assist in developing and executing seasonal product forecasts for the Canadian region, ensuring alignment with consumer trends, sales performance, and market demand Website Merchandising for US and CAN regions Execute online merchandising strategies for US and Canada regions that maximize product visibility, optimize placement, and drive sales (Bloomreach, Shopify) Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure they are featuring styles and colors with healthy inventory standings External Vendor Project Management - Partner with external website vendors to improve customer experiences like shoe finder, onsite user generated content, product reviews and fit recommendations What do you need to succeed? Passion for product and market trends to understand the why behind the what in sales trends Data driven mindset, balanced with common sense, intuition and a consumer led approach Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams You are results driven to support DTC’s ambitious growth targets Experience in consumer goods within the footwear or apparel industry a plus Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in business, merchandising or marketing preferred 2+ years of merchandising or product buying experience Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities What do we offer you? Hiring Range: $69,120.00 USD - $86,400.00 USD annually Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
