We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in San Marcos, CA . In this role, you will set up and operate cable manufacturing equipment, perform quality checks, and ensure production runs efficiently while meeting company standards. • Set up and operate cable manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production processes and maintain required tolerances.
• Perform product testing and quality inspections.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications.
• Assist with machine troubleshooting and basic adjustments.
• Support housekeeping and organization of the production area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
• Assist on other production lines as needed.

• Experience operating industrial or manufacturing machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Comfortable lifting materials and performing physical work.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Experience with machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Manufacturing or production experience.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Marcos, CA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
