Clubhouse/Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Clubhouse/Restaurant Manager with a proven track record to oversee the operations of our club, three spaces, and approximately ten staff members. The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of experience, a strong background in hospitality, the food industry, and culinary services, with exceptional customer service skills. As a Club Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the club's daily operations.

Duties:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the club, including overseeing staff, scheduling, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Utilize kitchen management skills to maintain food quality standards and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and implement proper sanitation procedures.
• Provide shift management to ensure smooth operations during all hours of club operation.
• Oversee inventory management to control costs and minimize waste.
• Assist in cooking and food preparation as needed.

Experience:

• Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is required. Hotel/restaurant training is beneficial.
• Strong background in culinary services is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively. Residence within 30 minutes preferred.
• Proficiency in kitchen management and menu planning.
• Experience in shift management and overseeing staff schedules.
• Ability to manage inventory effectively to control costs and reduce waste.
