Caregiver Position

At HomeWell Care Services, we believe caregiving is personal. We are not a "one-size-fits-all" home care company, and we do not treat our caregivers like numbers on a schedule. I started this agency because families deserve better — and so do caregivers. We are looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers, companions, CNAs, and experienced home care professionals who truly enjoy helping others and want to be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment where your work matters. Our caregivers are an extension of us. We value kindness, reliability, communication, professionalism, and heart.

Responsibilities

Companionship and engagement
Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Medication reminders
Mobility and transfer assistance
Transportation and errands
Providing comfort, encouragement, and safety for our clients

Qualifications

Caregiving, home care, CNA, or related experience preferred
Compassionate and dependable
Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass background screening
Must genuinely enjoy working with seniors
