Key responsibilities:

• Carry out treatment plans developed by the physical therapist

• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and mobility training

• Document patient progress and communicate with the therapy team

• Ensure safety and effectiveness of therapy sessions

• Collaborate with nursing and rehab staff to support resident goals

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a physical therapist assistant

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
