Brand Marketing Assistant - Entry Level

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at promotional events, community activations, retail campaigns, and live marketing events.
• Build brand awareness by engaging with customers, answering questions, and promoting products and services.
• Assist in planning and executing brand marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and customer engagement programs.
• Support event setup, coordination, execution, and breakdown to ensure successful brand activations.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences that increase brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve campaign objectives and exceed client expectations.
• Distribute promotional materials, branded merchandise, and marketing collateral at events.
• Participate in team meetings, paid training sessions, and ongoing professional development programs.
• Track customer interactions, campaign performance, and promotional activity to support marketing goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and enhance overall campaign success.
