Job Overview

• Location: Reedsburg, WI | Open to candidates who are local or willing to relocate to the Reedsburg, WI area.
• Job/Employment Type: Full Time
• Project Scope: Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Government Civil & Heavy Construction Projects
• Mandatory Licences & Certifications: Ford Certification
• Certification Flexibility: We are open to candidates without Ford Certification, but they must be willing to obtain it. For the right candidate, we will cover the full cost of earning the certification.

The Opportunity

You will step into a key leadership role as the Super Bowl quarterback of our service department, driving technical excellence and team culture. This position offers you the opportunity to make an immediate impact within a tight-knit country dealership backed by 43 years of local success. You will escape the corporate atmosphere while leading daily service activities with complete personal integrity in a beautiful South Central location.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Lead repair, maintenance, and diagnostic workflows for Ford and other vehicles.
• Direct daily service activities with absolute honesty, serving as the lead technical anchor for the service department.
• Mentor junior technicians to foster strong team chemistry and raise technical standards across the department.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical, engine, and powertrain issues on specialized equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with service management to streamline job scheduling, parts procurement, and workflow efficiency.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols while maintaining top-tier quality control on every job.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience servicing vehicles.
• Active Ford Certification and specialized manufacturer training credentials.
• Completion of a formal Trade Program or Technical Certification.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities rooted in personal character, transparency, and professional integrity.
• Position is 100% onsite in Reedsburg, WI.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Experience leading service operations or managing technician workflows in a dealership setting.
• Extensive technical knowledge across civil construction, industrial, and agricultural machinery.
• Advanced safety training certifications including OSHA, fall protection, or lift operations.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay rate of $30 to $40 per hour.
• Sign-on bonus of $1,000–$3,000, with the final amount determined based on candidate experience and qualifications.
