You'll be responsible for overseeing daily workflows, enhancing team productivity, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and organized warehouse environment.What is the job? You will…Lead and manage your team when hiring, onboarding, training, and performance coaching new and existing team members.Demonstrate strong understanding of DOT regulations, OSHA requirements, and shipping best practices.Promote a safety-first culture through proper training, oversight, and daily operational checks.Manage team schedules, assign work, and monitor performance to achieve daily KPIs.Collaborate with fulfillment teams to plan and execute daily shipping strategies and meet operational goals.Oversee daily 3PL shipping operations and support continuous improvement initiatives that ensure timely and cost-effective product shipments.Solve shipping-related issues and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse SOPs.Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization through 5S methodology and best practices.Who are we looking for?
