Leasing Consultant – Virginia Beach, VA

We are currently seeking an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. Whether you already have leasing experience or are looking for a new career path, we are eager to train the right candidate with the right attitude and passion for helping people.
In this role, you will help prospective residents find their new home while creating a welcoming and positive experience for current residents. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do- Showcase apartment homes and community amenities to prospective residents
- Build strong relationships with current and future residents
- Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident retention
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and online
- Support occupancy and community goals through professionalism and teamwork
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
