The ideal candidate is a hands-on data expert with a deep understanding of experimentation, user behavior analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Must-Have Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline Strong command of A/B testing methodologies and statistical interpretation Advanced SQL skills for querying and transforming large datasets Expertise in Tableau , Looker , and LookML Proficiency with Python or R for statistical analysis and experimentation Ability to present complex findings in a clear, compelling manner to stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated capability to lead complex analytics projects independently Familiarity with modern data warehousing concepts and platforms Key Responsibilities: User Behavior Insights: Analyze user navigation, engagement patterns, and cohort data to uncover meaningful trends and opportunities for product optimization. Experimentation Leadership: Independently design, execute, and interpret A/B tests to assess product features, engagement strategies, and experience improvements. Strategic Decision Support: Present actionable insights that balance business objectives with user satisfaction to guide product and technical teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key analytics partner across Product, Technology, Data Engineering, and Data Product teams. End-to-End Project Ownership: Manage analytics initiatives from scoping and hypothesis development to final insight delivery. Dashboard Development: Build interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Looker, and LookML to monitor KPIs, track experiments, and guide ongoing strategy.
