If you\'re up for the challenge, apply now! Responsibilities Work with our operations consultants to define ideal candidate profiles and hiring priorities. Manage candidate sourcing (leveraging both Diamond Accelerator\'s database, hiring tools and your internal network). Screen candidates through initial interviews and assessments, ensuring only high-quality candidates advance. Advise clients on hiring decisions and help them confidently select top candidates. Support clients and new hires during onboarding to drive early-stage success and retention. Provide coaching and best practices to clients when needed (acting as both tactical recruiter and strategic hiring advisor). Contribute to ongoing optimization of Diamond Accelerator’s internal hiring systems, tools, and processes. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally with high-growth medical aesthetic practices. Equally strong at sourcing AND screening candidates; able to build talent pipelines and move the right people through them quickly. Passion for onboarding and early-stage retention as part of the end-to-end hiring process.
