Video Editor (Adobe Firefly Specialist)

We’re looking for a highly skilled Video Editor with deep expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, the Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe Firefly to create engaging content across a variety of digital platforms. This person will be responsible for editing short-form, long-form, and instructional content while leveraging AI-powered creative tools to improve efficiency, enhance storytelling, and scale content production. The ideal candidate combines strong editorial instincts with technical proficiency, understands what performs across social platforms, and has experience working with brands, agencies, or fast-paced creative teams. Key Responsibilities Edit and assemble compelling video content across multiple formats, including: Short-form social content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) Long-form video content (YouTube, branded content, campaigns) Instructional, educational, and training-based content Own the post-production process from ingest through final delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs that align with brand standards and creative objectives. Utilize Adobe Firefly and other AI-assisted creative tools to: Generate and refine creative assets Enhance production workflows Create visual elements, graphics, backgrounds, and content variations Improve speed, scalability, and efficiency of content creation Collaborate with Creative Directors, Producers, Strategists, Designers, and Marketing teams to bring concepts to life. Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, color correction, and finishing techniques into final deliverables. Optimize content for platform-specific best practices across social, web, and digital channels. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Stay current on emerging editing techniques, AI-powered creative tools, platform trends, and evolving best practices. Experience & Qualifications 4+ years of professional video editing experience in an agency, brand, production company, or similar creative environment. Advanced expertise in: Adobe Creative Cloud Demonstrated expertise utilizing Adobe Firefly within professional creative workflows. Strong understanding of AI-assisted content creation and generative creative tools. Experience editing both performance-driven and brand-focused content. Proven ability to edit short-form, long-form, and instructional/training content. Strong storytelling, pacing, and content structuring skills. Experience creating content for social-first platforms and digital campaigns. Ability to manage feedback from multiple stakeholders and iterate quickly. Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with consumer brands, enterprise brands, or agency clients. Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, and visual effects. Experience using AI-powered creative tools beyond Firefly. Understanding of social media performance metrics and content optimization.
