As a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN on our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission to improve the lives of those we serve. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring. Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Perform routine tasks such as taking vital signs, checking patient charts, and updating electronic medical records. Assist with physical and occupational therapy treatments as needed. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, families, and staff. Requirements Current LPN licensure in the state of Florida. Current CPR certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
