Job Title: Assembler Mobile Hydraulics
Location: Wooster, OH
Company Overview:
Mancan has partnered up with a company in Wooster that is a leading fluid power specialist dedicated to designing and developing custom solutions for both mobile and industrial markets. Their Wooster facility is currently seeking a qualified Assembler/Tester to join their team.

Job Description:
As an Assembler/Tester, you will play a crucial role in supporting the test department by preparing hydraulic products for testing, ensuring the quality of assembled components. The successful candidate will follow established procedures and guidelines to meet production requirements and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Locate, identify, and retrieve components required for production.
2. Assemble hydraulic components according to drawings and production orders.
3. Understand and adhere to the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives related to the position.
4. Ensure the quality of all components and processes associated with the assembly of hydraulic parts.
5. Read and interpret production work instructions, production orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and quality plans.
6. Package and label products according to provided instructions.
7. Perform SAP data entry for bin locations.
8. Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance on machines.
9. Perform order count checks to maintain accuracy.
10. Utilize a variety of equipment, basic hand tools, and technical tools to meet customer-specific requirements.
11. Use fixed and variable measurement equipment for quality control.

Requirements:
1. Proficient in reading, writing, and comprehending English.
2. Ability to read and understand model codes.
3. Proficient in reading and understanding technical drawings.
4. General mechanical knowledge applicable to assembly operations.
5. Ability to use various material handling equipment.
6. Basic computer skills for file searching.
7. Ability to independently seek assistance from supervision and/or other departments when needed.
8. Proficient in using hand and power tools.
9. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
10. Capable of writing routine reports and correspondence.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 to 3 months of related experience.

Hours; Monday-Friday 7-330p with voluntary overtime. Pay is based on experience.
