Job Description
The Repair Specialist - Vacuums is an integral part of the repair team, focused on diagnosing and fixing residential vacuum models. Working primarily in a workshop setting, this individual operates as an individual contributor and reports directly to the Operations Manager. The role demands technical expertise in both electrical and mechanical components to ensure high-quality maintenance and repair outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Perform vacuum diagnostics and electrical testing
- Replace faulty components with precision
- Provide maintenance advice to optimize vacuum performance
- Conduct quality control checks on repaired units
- Prepare detailed technical reports on repairs
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- 1+ years experience in appliance repair
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of vacuum repair and electrical troubleshooting
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills
