Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of EM physicians and APCs
• Drive patient experience initiatives and quality improvement efforts

• Promote innovation, efficiency, and excellence in emergency medicine delivery
• Mentor clinical staff and foster a culture of compassion and accountability
