The ideal candidate will hold a valid NJDOE Instructional Certificate in Mathematics and demonstrate strong knowledge of the subject area and effective teaching practices. The candidate should have the ability to foster a positive learning environment, engage students in meaningful instruction, and collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and families. Qualifications: NJDOE Instructional Certificate in Mathematics (required) Demonstrated knowledge of mathematics content and instructional methods Ability to maintain a supportive and structured classroom environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to working with a diverse student population Salary & Benefits: Annual Salary Range: $65,737 - $81,313 (commensurate with education and experience) Note: Starting salaries typically fall within the lower portion of the range due to collective bargaining agreements.
