The successful candidate will be an outgoing, enthusiastic self-starter, with a desire to work and grow with a multidiscipline engineering team and be willing to have fun!QualificationsPreferred Project / Technology ExposureBattery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS)Advanced manufacturingResponsibilitiesPrepare and assemble proposals to win workLead multi-discipline engineering teams through design milestonesRespond to client and vendor questionsServe as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersManage project schedules and budgetsFacilitate communication across internal and external project teamsQualificationsEngineer-in-Training (EIT) certification (required)Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred)B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or B.S. in Architectural Engineering with a mechanical/energy/sustainability emphasisASHRAE membership and involvement (preferred)Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)Experience with Revit MEP (preferred)Experience in building systems design and/or construction (preferred)Strong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Proactive, collaborative team playerSalary range: $80,000-$93,000This position is not eligible for sponsorship.Additional InformationWhy You Want to Work HereYou could choose to work anywhere, so why work at Coffman Engineers?
