People Operations Specialist — Talent & Onboarding Lead

MEVION MEDICAL SYSTEMS INC. is seeking a People Operations Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations and talent acquisition. You will collaborate with the Sr. Manager of People Operations to ensure accurate administrative processes and seamless onboarding. Responsibilities include coordinating immigration documentation, preparing company-wide communications, maintaining employee records, and assisting in HR process improvements using AI tools.
