Duties include assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, coordination of care, teaching, health promotion, evaluation, and the standards of professional performance such as ethics, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence‑based practice, nursing research, quality, evaluation, resource utilization, and environmental health.
