Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast is opening a new facility in Buford, GA and we are hiring. The site sits on 8.7 acres and totals 54,000 square feet, with 22 Mercedes-Benz service bays, 14 Sprinter bays, and 3 service drive lanes. It operates as a full Service Annex, service, parts, loaner vehicles, and detail, and it also sells pre-owned vehicles across all makes and models.

Position Overview

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a proven closer with a minimum of 5 years of automotive sales experience who understands how to build value and deliver a white-glove customer experience.

You will work alongside a highly motivated, professional team with established processes, strong leadership support, and consistent showroom and digital traffic.

Please be ready to prove sales history and customer satisfaction scores.

Responsibilities

• Nurture Enriching Relationships to Build Clientele for Life
• Exhibit Consultative Selling Skills. Assist Customers in Selecting a Vehicle by Asking Questions and Listening Carefully to Their Responses
• Continuously Develop Product and Sales Acumen to Become the Vehicle Authority. Know the Ins and the Outs of Product Offerings, Optional Packages, and the Latest Technologies
• Perform High-Quality, Professional Demonstrations of New/Used Vehicles
• Follow-Up with Buyers to Ensure Successful Referral Business
• Learn to Overcome Objections and Thrive Within Sales Situations
• Report Directly to the Sales Manager Regarding Objectives, Planned Activities, Reviews, and Analyses
• Bring Your A Game Along with a Positive Attitude to Work with You Every Single Day
