DescriptionKforce has a client in Grand Rapids, MI that is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Manufacturing Startup & Expansion Projects.Summary:This role will support startup, expansion, and capital projects within a manufacturing environment. This individual will work closely with Maintenance and Engineering teams to coordinate equipment installations, manage contractors, and drive projects that support operational growth and scalability.Key Responsibilities:* Lead equipment installation and expansion projects from planning through execution* Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal project resources* Track project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables* Provide regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders* Drive accountability and ensure timely execution of project plans* Support continuous improvement initiatives and capital expenditure (CapEx) projects* Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and roadblocks* Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on scheduleRequirements* Experience managing large scale capital equipment installation projects in a manufacturing environment* Proven experience supporting startup, plant expansion, or operational growth initiatives* Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment* Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams* Results-driven with a focus on execution and meeting deadlinesJob TypeContractCompensation65 - $85
