ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Im currently in my 14th year as an agent, and our office is a close-knit team of five who focus on building long-term relationships with our customers. Before joining State Farm, I spent 12 years as a Purchasing Manager for Sherwin-Williams, which helped shape my leadership style and commitment to professionalism and consistency.

I earned my bachelors degree from Tiffin University and am married with three kids and twin one-year-old granddaughters. Family is a big part of my life, and that same sense of care and support carries into the way I run the agency. Im also passionate about giving back and proudly support organizations like the Kierra Foundation for Childhood Cancer and Junior Achievement.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kyle Hunt - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
